Matt Bender was a founder of Technical Personnel Staffing where he focused on recruiting and sales components of the business growing revenue consistently year after year. In 2006 Matt led the effort to shift the company's focus from staff augmentation to an IT services firm focused in database administration.
Matt has held positions in Sales, Operations and now as CEO of MainStreet DBAs where he continues to provide leadership in the company's strategic growth.
Matt holds a Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University in Business Management.
Mark Vorholt has been in the database field since 1979 when he started supporting IMS databases on the IBM 370 series. Since then has has been a DBA on DB2, Sybase and SQL Server platforms while leading DBA support teams for Fortune 500 companies and numerous consulting engagements.
He brings his understanding of what customers want from their DBA support to direct the MainStreet service delivery model for high customer satisfaction.
Mark holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
Bryan Bourne has been working with applications, databases and infrastructure aspects of IT support since 1989.
His many consulting engagements over the years and his expertise in both Sybase and SQL Server technologies provide the background for his role in managing the infrastructure and monitoring aspects of our services.
Bryan is a graduate of the Electronic Computer Programming Institute.

Tom Buschle
Director of Oracle Database Services
Tom Buschle began his career in Information Technology in 1986 as a Programmer / Analyst prior to completing his degree in Information Processing Systems at the University of Cincinnati. He quickly moved into the Database Administration field shortly after joining Cincom Systems. Tom worked in both the Commercial and Military markets supporting Total™ and Supra™ Databases before moving into the Oracle world in 2000.
As an Oracle DBA he has held a number of manager positions while demanding the ability to remain ‘hands on’. Tom has the service mentality to do whatever it takes whenever it needs to be done to put the customer first.
Dan Fugett
Director of SQL Database Services
Dan Fugett began his IT career in 1985 moving from operations to system management to system integration/consulting for companies in the manufacturing, financial, health and local government areas. Along the way, necessity drove the direction increasingly to SQL in a database environment. This provided the framework to begin focus on RDBMS with focus on SQL Server that applies a systemic view to meeting customers where they are to fulfill business and technical objectives.
Dan leverages his foundational and Senior SQL Database Administration skills for multiple national and international companies while directing the SQL Server team and SQL Server projects.
Dan obtained both a Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix.
